Acklam Park is a Cricket and Rugby ground initially opened in 1929, the venue has hosted games of Middlesbrough Cricket Club since 1932 and Middlesbrough Rugby Club since the ground's opening in 1929. Yorkshire County Cricket Club also played a number of first class matches at Acklam Park between 1956 and 1996.
The new clubhouse was opened in 2008 and includes a bar, gym, function room and lounge in addition to the first-class changing facilities for both clubs as well as the sun-soaked pavilion - ideal for enjoying a few refreshments on a matchday!
